Tricia Conover, Principal, is a software sales and sale management professional now consulting to the High Tech industry. She was recently a Vice President, Central Region, SAP America, North American Retail Industry. She has been a Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations. Some of her firms have included: Oracle, PeopleSoft, Manugistics, ReachLocal, Sybase.

Her firm, Sales Strategy Consultants, assists software firms in Sales, Marketing, and Product Management recruiting and process and compensation analysis. They are a member of the First Interview network.

She has also been an executive participant in two start-up firms.

Tricia has lead sales and sales operations teams in the areas of enterprise sales, channel management, sales force automation, sales negotiations strategies, compensations planning, sales and pre-sales training, and sales KPI and value profitability analysis.
